About Metroplex Ski Club

The Metroplex Ski Club is a family oriented social ski club looking to promote all disciplines of waterskiing. All ages and abilities are welcome. MSC has been active in the Fort Worth / Dallas area for more than 20 years, fluctuating in membership between 100 and 200 members. MSC is always looking to grow in both membership and ski sites. Monthly meetings begin at 7:30 PM on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Coors Distributorship located on the east side of I-35W at Meacham Blvd.

MSC annually hosts at least one Novice and one Class C tournament and has been well represented at both the South Central Regionals and the Nationals in recent years. MSC participates in disabled skiers clinics.
Marine Creek Lake is the site for Cowtown Drag Boat Races and the Dallas Wakeboarding Club uses our site too.

MSC currently has a ski site with a slalom course and a jump course at Marine Creek Lake in Fort Worth. This site is well protected from all but a NE wind. For detailed directions, click here.

MSC has also obtained exclusive access to a 3 mile section of the Trinity River near downtown Fort Worth. The site is long enough to provide for two slalom courses and separate areas for open skiing/wakeboarding. One slalom course is currently in place. There is a dock near the entrance gate .
